Cancer survivor can rotate her leg 180 degrees

A young cancer survivor who can rotate her leg 180 degrees has shocked family and friends who had no idea had the amazing talent. Jen O'Shea’s ability to twist her right leg so that her foot is facing the ceiling is the result of an operation following her treatment of a rare form of a bone cancer.

In a bid to win a talent competitionon the Ellen DeGeneres show, Ms O'Shea decided to show family and friends - and film their reactions.

Ms O'Shea, who had the entire right side of her pelvis removed back in 2011, said she only realised she could twist her leg last year after months of physiotherapy.

Ms O'Shea, however, didn't make it onto Degeneres' show. The winner of the competition, announced on Monday, went to a young woman who could use a skipping rope while seated, bouncing up and down off her bottom.

Jen passed away in 2015, but she requested that her videos remain as an inspiration for others to continue fighting cancer or other life altering battles that can impact a life.
